Return Requests

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Your request must include your order number and the reason for the return. A return must be approved before an item is sent back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly after receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when appropriate. We will review the information and explain the available resolution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider and financial institution.

Nonreturnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged through customer handling, or returned without authorization may not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable law.
